The employees are always very friendly and welcoming! They have the best breakfast sandwich! I haven't had that good of a breakfast sandwich in a long time. The eggs have chives and onion which adds so much flavor, it's fantastic. The bluebird latte is one of my favorite latte drinks. It consist of blueberry and white mocha syrup.
First of all I LOVE the art work in this cafe. It is GORGEOUS! Coupled with the windows that let in so much natural light, I didn't want to leave. I ordered an iced latte with some food. I put my backpack down and went to use the restroom. When I got back to my table they had place my order on the table where my stuff was. Which meant they had paid attention to where I set my stuff down. I thought that was really sweet and thoughtful. Both the employees were just the nicest, friendly people. This is hands down one of my favorite cafes, it checks ALL the boxes for me! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!
Pretty nice place, workers seemed happy to be there and were very polite. Cute bird theme as well. Would definitely recommend if you're ever in the area. I had the honey yogurt with granola and it was the greatest yogurt I've ever had. swear.
Coming here was one of the highlights of my vacation of three months in mpls. The staff are all talkative and amiable. I met the owner and his wife who makes ....the scones. I would kidnap her to make me scones, my god! They are sooo good and she has so many varieties. If she goes missing, we'll now you know.
A small but mighty cafe, Sparrow has some awesome coffee. Every time I come here, I am pleasantly surprised by the coffee they offer and how by sweet their staff is. I love stopping in to grab a cup, knowing well that I'll always get my money's worth. Sparrow is small, so working or hanging out here may be tough if you come during a busy time. But their coffee is awesome, so if you're passing through I would highly recommend stopping in!
Tried an iced Coconut Mocha and a Swedish latte - with vanilla and cardamom flavors. Liked the mocha better. They also sell pastries - muffins, scones and croissants, but didn't try any this time. Service is friendly and it's a cozy space.
My favorite coffee shop!! We usually pick up some food and coffee and eat at lake Harriet. Their coffee is great and they have the best egg sandwiches! So cute inside too.
This cafe is just a block away from my friend's place so easy to get to for my well needed morning Joe! They source their coffee that benefits birds (hence the name sparrow cafe). I love their latte almondine and they have delicious pastries - try their chocolate croissant!
